At CoffeeAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet coffee and tea experience. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable items and unopened coffee products.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email within 30 days of your delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact for coffee and tea products to maintain health and safety standards.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
