How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?
We roast our coffee in small batches daily at our facility. Each order is roasted to order and packaged in heat-sealed bags with one-way degassing valves to lock in aroma and flavor.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Can I return coffee if I do not like the flavor?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there was an error with your order or the product is defective, please contact our support team within 15 days for a resolution.
Do you offer different grind options?
Yes, we offer several grind settings including Whole Bean, Drip, French Press, and Espresso. You can select your preferred grind on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
